Nickel-Alloy-B2 Hex Cap Screws. IN STOCK.
Hastelloy Nickel Alloy B2 is an amazingly chemical resistant alloy that is highly resistant to pitting and stress corrosion cracking in the heat-affected zone. In particular this alloy performs well in harsh environment such as sulfuric acid, hydrogen chloride, and phosphoric acids. This nickel-molybdenum alloy is commonly used in extreme reducing conditions, and has a much lower Carbon, Silicon, and Iron composition when compared to Hastelloy B (Alloy B). Hex cap screws made from this alloy are also known as UNS N10665 fasteners.
It should be noted that Alloy B2 isn’t engineered for applications with temperatures ranging between 1000F-1600F.
Lightning Bolt is capable of manufacturing a wide range of Alloy B2 fasteners. Being an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, we are capable of manufacturing any type of fastener.
