Did you know ASTM A194 Gr 8 stainless nuts are also available in the 316 stainless version, which is refereed to as ASTM A194 Gr 8M nuts. Both of these patterns will be standard as a heavy hex nut, meaning that it will require a larger wrench than a standard “finished” pattern nut. Most importantly, we have case hardened / strain hardened nuts too! So if your project calls for a194 grade 8m class 2 nuts, or a194 grade 8 class 2 nuts, we keep them on the shelf.
